Alien Escapade º Episode 1403 - Lacerta 12th ,P2: Advisor, Head, Official, Tribe, Vanna, ~ 05 {Blue Mountain ~ 8} ``Tribe: Welcome Vanna. ``Vanna: Greetings. ``Tribe: Some have not got over your last talk, and there were mix views, although it was positive and clear although cheeky. However it has not stopped them coming in and we are overwhelmed with Beings, and it is standing room only. Have you your subject? ``Vanna: Zaa, it is Respect! ``Tribe: Ready? --- Friends, Vanna is gaining a reputation, and although you may not agree with her view point, it is constructive. Therefore over to Vanna? ``Vanna: Folks. Now we have got over the nitty gritty of things in life, as we have to go back to skool to relearn the basis. This is not meant to be a derogative remark! A few years ago back on Planet Earth, The Red Arrows aerobatic team were grounded, owing to a near miss incident, and had to go through their theory of understanding. If we want to fly high and maintain our advanced standards, then we must show respect. You cannot expect to gain respect if we do not give it respect. We would be slipping back into our old ways and back into a rut. We do need to be selective in who are our alien neighbours, and I can only suggest 2 out of 14 worlds that I have visited, and neither of them is Cassiopeia. I have been to Deneb, and I enjoyed their company. They to are your friends, so why are more not visiting us? Perhaps they need a bigger swimming pool! However that will get me onto more trouble. The other world is Planta and I have visited there a few times and once alone as I do here. They are the closest to your civilization, but are they showing enough respect for you? Or is it than you do not have respect for them? Although you have never met them or they you? Moreover we must be ready to receive them. Your Elders have been busy updating Space Dock to Intergalactic standards, and I zarf them. We must be ready to welcome the Denebians and Plantains here. We expect the same standards, from them. So one has to show respect. Actually our Hotel needs upgrading so we can at least have their news channels, which can easily be done. I will now be in even deeper trouble, but there is no malice in my suggestions. Moreover these are simple and easy problems to resolve. We too can resolve issues with our friends here, as we do need friends… ``Official: That was a much better presentation. Go and see what is needed at the hotel and give me a verbal report back. ``Vanna: Zaffre. You are coming? ``Advisor: It is my duty. We have 9 floors and nine rooms on each floor. ``Vanna: We will start at the top and work down. --- How old is the hotel? ``Head: About 20 years. ``Vanna: Do you have any posh suites? ``Head: Qaa. They are all the same. ``Vanna: Same colour scheme on each floor? ``Head: Zaa. ``Vanna: Your thoughts? ``Advisor: Not good. ``Vanna: The windows are small and old looking and not double glazed! ``Head: They are all like it. ``Vanna: Fire escape? ``Head: At then end. ``Vanna: Not good. When was the last time you had a health and safety inspection? ``Head: I do not know. ``Vanna: What broadcast channels do you have? ``Head: Just the local ones. ``Vanna: Lifts? ``Head: There are two. ``Vanna: Take us up the roof? ``Head: Only one goes up there. --- Here we are. ``Vanna: No safety railings. --- Okay now the cellar. ``Head: We have to use the other lift. ``Vanna: Okay. --- I have seen enough for now.
