We anticipate more problems are brewing, as another Saucer appears to be looking for the other two Saucers, and they have bought Cirrus 3, straight off the production line. -|-``Vanna: Crumbs, they have got clout and money to buy a brand new Cirrus as they are 170K each. Vanna: Can you get over and I will get Cheb online? ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Vanna: Notify Sheriff. No doubt he will come as well! [On Visual] - [Peer-Pier-Peer] - [Cepheus] ``Cheb: Vanna! It is very early for you to call me? ``Vanna: Gaffer has been on! ``Cheb: That is different. ``Vanna: Cirrus 3 has been sold to a potential Cartel. Can you go and see your friends at the factory and get the specification, and bankers details? ``Cheb: Certus, but give me a pair of hours. Zimo. `Tetra: We can try and do a global search and find out where she is. ``Vanna: brilliant idea. Put a trace on and we will check it once a qef. The problem is that we cannot afford to get involved with a dogfight as they will have ray guns fitted. So I am waiting for Cheb to reply. The risks are too high and we could damage ourselves, especially as we have had it far too easy. Regardless of being able to limp back to Lacerta for repairs. ``Tetra: Otherwise they would have to come out to us, in Cosmo2. [On Visual] - [Ping-Pong-Ping] ``Vanna: Zibo Cheb. ``Cheb: You are right. It was sold for ¢170K which included the ray guns. The new Cirrus is capable of Mach 15. A group bought it, as before through the Original Cepheusian Bank. [Knock, knock] ``Sheriff: I am here! ``Vanna: Hang on Cheb. Sheriff the same style of transaction as before. ``Sheriff. I am not surprised. ``Tetra: They have brought Cirrus 3. ``Sheriff: Blimey they must have robbed another bank. ``Cheb: They have registered Cirrus 3 in Auriga. ``Vanna: That does sound ominous. ``Cheb: What do we have to do? ``Vanna: It is surveillance only at the moment and we will have to be more careful this time. ``Tetra: Their normal route is the north west star in Cepheus, bypassing Camelopardalis and ending up somewhere in Auriga. So we are going to try and trace it. ``Cheb: Excellent idea. ``Vanna: At the moment we can only do a progress report. If we do spot her we will go and take a closer look and to find out her flexibility of their new Saucer. However we cannot chase her. ``Cheb: It can turn and twist quicker much quicker as it is a lot lighter. In fact, the Vulcan may be a better option. ``Vanna: The Cosmo ray guns are twice as powerful as that of the Vulcan or of the Cirrus, and we can do Mach 40 against their Mach 15, but I take your point on board. In fact we may need both Saucers and catch them when they are near us. ``Cheb: That may be a prudent detection. ``Vanna: So hurry up and get V006 finished. Incidentally, when am I getting my Vulcan back? ``Cheb: We have most parts sorted, so it is a question of getting it built. ``Vanna: I have sold two Vulcans in the last wesk -|-``Cheb: Hey! ``Vanna: Zaa. I am also looking to buy another 2 now! ``Cheb: Blimey. There is one on Cepheus in bits, because they were trying to sell it in parts for a bigger profit. ``Vanna: Go and get it quin. ASAP ``Cheb: Okay I will call you back. Zimo. ``Tetra: We are going to Earth first? ``Vanna: Zaa, as soon as I get the clearance from Master. ``Tetra: Whilst I am here, shall we try and can get Oldie Sat working? ``Vanna: Zaa. I will prepare the drinks. It is unusual for Sheriff to be so quiet! ``Sheriff: I will have to be on the next trip to Cepheus. ``Vanna: Zaa, but after Earth, so you have time to get the finances cleared through, the same as last time. ``Sheriff: Can we not go to Auriga? ``Vanna: Zaa, but it is an expensive flight and a fuel burner, taking at least 2 qefs. Neither do we have any protection of the law. ``Sheriff: I do not know anything about them. ``Vanna: Drinks. So see what you can find out, and do you have any connection with Camelopardalis?
