I am speechless, and I need a training course. ``Vanna: All in good time, but this is on the defunct old-sat one, which we put new batteries and propellant in, and they did three space walks and Carrell helped us as she was on two them. ``Carrell: I too am speechless. ``Tetra: I have sent a SOS to Scotty, which he should get quickly and loudly, saying switch computer to live mode. ``Vanna: He should be up, if not I will use my direct link up, and have him awakened. So we will rest and wait to give him time. ``Liang: Will life be the same, that we now have proof that other worlds exists? ``Vanna: We are the privilege few! One wrong word, and you will be annihilated from a very high level and you will go to Hell for centuries. ``Liang: Okay I accept as I have taken the oath. ``Feny: Your old habits have to go NOW Liang! ``Liang: Yes Feny. ``Vanna: It will happen In time, but it will be the next generation before it does happen. Sending back 'No yokes on you'. ``Vanna: It will take a few weeks to sort this lot out, but I am going to shut down for now, as we all have to go home tonight. {European Space Agency ~ 2} ``Operator: Boss, I know we have just come on shift, but it is here again! ``Boss: What does it say this time? ``Operator: It deciphers as 'you have done it at times' or 'on yokes to you'. ``Boss: I am amused by it all, but just log it as usual. ``Operator: Yes Boss, but this time it has come from a different direction. ``Boss: I do not think it will make any difference at this stage. {S182 Earth in transit to Citadel ~ 5} - [And Landing] ``Jarry: We are ready to go. Drawbridge up and 3 greens. Lift-off. ``Vanna: The constant changes in our time, do not seem to up set us, but space lag does. ``Selina: That is because we are travelling with time, and in time, and it is only our metabolism which rebels. ``Vanna: A valid point. ``Jarry: Drinks. ``Vanna: Are we still going up or down when we go to Planet Q? ``Selina: Zaa, but we are going higher above the Earth, and out of the Milky Way Galaxy into the 6th dimension, so we are still travelling in time and space. ``Vanna: How did you know that? ``Selina: It just came to me. ``Vanna: Wonderful. ``Tetra: I am still puzzled how it is all going to work. ``Vanna: Give it a rest, as we will need two uplinks and two down links, and there are two channels V & H per transponder, but at least we know we have two working and at full strength. ``Tetra: The old-sat one is much further advance than Earth's, which is why we need more bandwidth. ``Vanna: We may not be able to get it, so wait. Leila will try a link uplinking with us shortly. ``Tetra: Anyway it is coming up to lights out time. ``Vanna: We all need the rest. ``Jarry: Zila, zila, food time. ``Zola: I have my Buggie at Space Dock, so I will take Mum home. ``Vanna: Zaa: We only have one qef, and then we are off to Algol. ``Zola: In that case, I will see you back here at Dock for lift-off. ``Vanna: I have loads to do, so fine. ``Carrell: We are going in the Vulcan? ``Vanna: Zaa, but I have to get all the confirmations out and who is coming and I need an update from Auntie. If you agree, we can share a Hotel room, as Zola will stay with her Mum in her place. Selina will stay with Auntie; Qualla will be with Yanan, and if Gina comes with Jarry. Leno will be with Tetra. The two cables Bear, will share a twin room which leaves Skipper, so that makes 10 passengers and 3, crew. ``Carrell: I see it can be a nightmare sorting it all out. ``Vanna: I am privately funding this trip to Algol, and they are expensive. --- ``Jarry: Final drinks and 30 units to go. As we are landing early. ``Vanna: So it is a night flight home in Nelly. ``Carrell: All good experience. --- ``Jarry: Drawbridge down.
