Alien Escapade • Episode 1252 - Sednoid 4th P1: Albi, Cables, Gina, Leader, Pilot, Sec, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 09 {Airbase Dock 2} ``Pilot: Vulcan to Cosmo docking on top over. ``Tetra: Cosmo to V12 Confirmed. [Clonk] ``Albi: Securing hatches. ``Vanna: [Hugs] I feel like taking you with me! ``Pilot: I have Hippy to do, as you are the slave driver. ``Vanna: Can you cope with three qefs? ``Pilot: We can have another session when you get back, so I will track you. ``Vanna: I will keep you to that, so let me hop you back down so we can get underway. {Cosmo 1, Citadel to Draco ~ 2} - [Sednoid] ``Albi: 7 and a half left on board. V12 on top of us. Hatches secured, and 5 greens. ``Tetra: Course laid in for Sednoid and Draco. ``Vanna: Unlocking orbit. Mach 2600 and zoom. [Cosmo Mess] ``Vanna: I am quinned you did not bottle out in coming, after I gave you that pep talk, which everyone gets. ``Sec: Knowing you, there had to be a reason behind it. ``Vanna: I also thought it would be a good experience on having a rural situation, and how we can plan out our HQ better? ``Sec: I reserve comment. ``Vanna: The only advantage is you are being paid. ``Sec: How nice. So I will leave you to get on. ``Selina: She seems nice. ``Vanna: I liked her, straight from the start. ``Selina: So you are going to Draco or Sednoid first? ``Vanna: It is all in the Vulcan, so we will be landing first in Sednoid. I will then go straight onto Draco with Tetra and Albi, to drop this weight off. I have now finished up a whole log book. So Sednoid will be the first entry in my 2nd log book. ``Selina: That is not easily achieved, and well done. ``Gina: This is amazing going back to Sednoid, especially at this new higher speed. ``Vanna: How is Nina developing? ``Gina: She is getting worse as she is muttering more words back! It is not just clonk, it is zoom comes over as doom and hatches comes over as patchy. ``Vanna: That is wonderful news. ``Gina: I am teaching her normal vocabulary, although it is early qefs, but she was picking up Earth terms, which sounds like 'hallo'. ``Vanna: That is the Cassiopeian way of saying the English 'hello'. ``Cables: How long are we staying? ``Vanna: Only until you have finished the cabling and all the computers are working. ``Cable: Good, because we have been given orders to go to Algol. ``Vanna: Zaa, there are 24 posh places on an estate and they want 3 + 1 security cameras. ``Cables: That is three qefs work, and they did not mention that. ``Vanna: That is what I told Bois. We will drop you off and come back when it is finished. You have Airbase to do after that, as soon as the new mast is up. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Tetra: It is decelerating time. Mach 14. I have not been looking for trouble, but I suggest we can have a search around on the way back. ``Vanna: Sensible. ``Tetra: Sednoid are responding, SP3 and gusty wind easterly, squawking 16584. ``Vanna: I will warm up Vulcan. You can close down. ``Tetra: Zaa Capitan. {Sednoid Space Dock} ``Albi: Everyone into the Vulcan quin. --- Hatches secured and 4 greens. ``Vanna: Vulcan to Sednoid, dropping down, down. ``Albi: Drawbridge 1 and 2 down. ``Leader: Welcome Vanna. ``Vanna: Greetings. We have one newcomer on this trip called Sec. I am going straight on to Draco. ``Leader: I would wait a few hours as they are in sleep time. ``Vanna: Okay. I will meet you in the Hall and we go and drop our stuff off. --- ``Sec: It is nice to have an open fire. The smell is wonderful. ``Vanna: All their cooking is done on wood burners. They are growing corn, but it is not ready for harvesting. ``Sec: So they rely on everything they have? ``Vanna: The rest is imported for Draco. There are no restaurants here.
