You can go now with 6 months pay or you are now sacked on the spot, and you can take it to Arbitration. ``Admin: Knowing you I would never win. ``Vanna: Under these set of circumstances it is very unlikely, and you have been offered a good compensation package. ``Dr Poult: I have asked Dr Kali to be here in this meeting as we have been discussing your case, and we are concerned as we have not seen any improvement in your condition. ``Kirin: So you want to get around your responsibilities as you cannot understand that there is nothing wrong with me. ``Dr Kali: That is one of the scenarios under consideration. ``Kirin: So you want to condemn me for something which I am not? ``Dr Poult: Having said that we have observed you in a work environment and we cannot see it. ``Kirin: So what does this all mean? ``Dr Kali: We have decided to refer you on to Dr Rowel, for an independent assessment. ``Kirin: I have never heard of it. ``Dr Poult: He is based at Atlantic City. ``Kirin: So I have qaa choice?
