Admin, Bosky, Manager, Secretary, Treasurer, ~ 05

{Hobbs City Space Dock HQ, Committee Meeting ~ 5}
``Bosky: As you have heard! I have been recalled out of retirement to sort out your squabbles and disagreements, because this place is going down hill fast. So who wants to start? ``Admin: I need approval from the committee, before I can act, and our technology is suffering. ``Treasurer: I am not allowed to release any finances without approval of the others, and I do not agree with some of the decisions. ``Secretary: I do have a role to play, but I am discussed with what has been going on. ``Manager: I have suggested some changes, but cannot get approval from the others.

``Bosky: Anything else, before I start? So how much is in our Bank account? ``Treasurer: ¢5million. ``Bosky: That means the redevelopment will now go ahead. ``Manager: They would not agree to whom! ``Bosky: I will come back to that. So suggestions on what can be done to start redevelopment? ``Admin: That is the problem, there are three firms interested, but they will only do their own section. ``Bosky: The Apron; Navigational equipment; Health and Safety; SAA's; Insurances; but you cannot sort out any of this?

``Admin: How can we? ``Bosky: We have 3 Bears and 1 Cat, and yet your morals say that you must have a Bear to take over. So Explain? ``Admin: I prefer a Bear as they have more experience. ``Secretary: I would prefer a Cat, especially as these Bears cannot agree. ``Treasurer: I prefer a Bear. ``Manager: I need someone who can do the job. ``Bosky: Exactly. Anything else? ``Manager: You may have to seconder someone in from another planet. ``Bosky: That is a sensible solution. If we did appoint a new Boss, will you ever agree, as a team? --- Silence? So what are you saying? We have no one whom we can trust? Yet you cannot trust each other! ``Secretary: Bosky, I think this is what has happened, they have got themselves into a rut, and everyone is blaming everyone else. ``Bosky: I agree, so what are we going to do about it?

I am here with overall authority to do something, and you have not shown me anyway forward. In which case I will have to take drastic measures into my own hands. Whereas, I am still going to give you the last word, before I come to a final conclusion. Treasurer? ``Treasurer: I do not know who can do the job. ``Bosky: Admin? ``Admin: I will go with the flow as long as it is a practical solution. ``Bosky: Secretary? ``Secretary: It has to be someone different and there is only one answer. ``Bosky: Manager? ``Manager: I too agree that there is only one answer. ``Bosky: Secretary and Manager, I agree with you, there is only one answer. Therefore you other two Bears, is that your final answer? ``Treasurer: I still do not know what your mean! ``Bosky: Too late, you have had your chance. ``Admin: I agree there has to be changes, whether we like it or not, but I have no idea either of what you are saying, that there is only one answer.

``Bosky: I have hinted throughout this meeting, and I think our Secretary will agree? ``Secretary: I think we are on the same wavelength. ``Bosky: I also think that the Manager knows the answer? ``Manager: It has been on my mind, but I could not mention it to the others, because they are so anti. ``Secretary: I totally agree. ``Treasurer: What on earth are you talking about? ``Bosky: I will now make my decision, and I have given you every opportunity to come to terms and accept that changes will have to be made. Some will be good and some not so good. Moreover, as you cannot agree these problems will not resolve themselves. Therefore I now make new appointment to take over and run affairs! She will -|-``Treasurer: SHE? -|-``Bosky: will only be accountable to me. If you have any complaints, you will come and see me. Her name is Vanna, and she has been gaining world's wide recognition. ``Treasurer: I resign. I am not having a Cat in charge of me. ``Bosky: Fine, I need your security card now, and get out. [Drops Card on table, and leaves] ``Manager: I totally agree with Vanna, although I have only heard of her. ``Secretary: I too approve of this Vanna. ``Bosky: Excellent. Therefore her appointment is with immediate effect. I will discuss her fee later.
