Here is my Scroll-card, so you replace every ones Scroll-card to this new style, and it holds much more information, as which world you are from. Your Cards will have a yellow tint background which only Lacerta has, with the additional code of 21. You will update your banking system to allow for this code to be accepted, as it goes in as a prefix. You alter your the bank statements accordingly, and then it will go straight through the system. ``Official: Is it really that easy? ``Vanna: Deneb, have recently gone over. When you land at Space Dock it also acts as your air ticket, so we know instantly when you have landed. ``Official: How much are these Barriers? ``Vanna: ¢500 each plus ¢1K for a computer and two days to install. ``Official: Not everyone wants to pay up and they like waiting a month or more before payment goes through. ``Vanna: I am afraid it is instantaneous subject to speed of your banking system. ``Wife: I have made you some delicate cakes, so can I offer you a culture tea and a cake? ``Vanna: Zaa quin. ``Official: They will melt in your mouth. --- ``Mama: Help yourself. ``Vanna: Zarfs. --- Wonderful, and very warming. ``Official: Where are you going tomorrow? ``Vanna: Monorail on my own, as I want to test out your hospitality. ``Wife: I want to know all about it. ``Vanna: Okay.

``Vanna: The monorail was fabulous and at 550Km per hour. I went the whole length of the line which took 4 hours. I wanted to see the difference in culture, and it is a huge contrast. ``Mama: Observations? They appear not to be so confident, and are of a more normal advance culture. ``Mama: Very good.

``Vanna: The less educated ones seem to be less active, and there were pockets of areas where this was noticeable. However, it is an observation and not a criticism. Some Beings are more advanced than others which are normal, and some are happy as they are. However, there is no animosity of any kind and us Cassiopeians can learn from that. ``Mama: You read our culture well. Perhaps they have no incentive to advance, as they have hundreds of years to go. ``Vanna: A valid point.

``Mama: Where are you going tomorrow? ``Vanna: You have some huge Waterfalls, so can Dada sort me out a route quin? ``Wife: He is good at those things, and I have been there a view times. ``Dada: I will be delighted to. You need to start earlier as there is a Hopper-coach which will take you there, but it stops at many places for more passengers. ``Mama: That should be a good incentive, and become an initiation. ``Vanna: Zaa, and they will not be expecting me.

``Cyclops: May I talk to you? ``Vanna: Zaa, a delight. ``Cyclops: You have come a long way, but should we visit your planet? ``Vanna: A good question; when the crew visited us to pick up their new Vulcan, they did not stay long, although I wanted them to stay. I appreciate that you have trouble coping with the lower vibration, but you can learn more about others, lower civilization. However that would depend on which world you were in. Although Cassiopeia would welcome you. ``Cyclops: What are the main differences as we are all aliens? ``Vanna: The Cassiopeians do not usually use their faculties, and only a few of us do. Here you use them most of the time, but this could mean you lose your communication skills, although you are all individuals. ``Cyclops: It is difficult for us to communicate with someone on a lower vibration. ``Vanna: That is not unique to yourselves and it is a general problem. Therefore make allowances and do not be judgemental, as you have the intelligence. This was one of the arguments I had with my crew and passengers on our first visit, because we cannot outwit you. ``Cyclops: Zaffre.
