[Cepheus Hotel Private Meeting] ``Cheb: You did assure me sometime back that you were not demanding this to happen? ``Vanna: It is something I will have to live with, but I feel it is now right for something to happen, as we cannot let them get away forever as they will not stop. ``Cheb: If we had more time, we could have gone to Planet-Q now? ``Vanna: I agree, and I would have preferred to have used that option, but you are missing one other point. ``Master: Who else can catch them in the universe? ``Tetra: It has to be us as, we have the fastest ship in the Cosmos. ``Cheb: I see it now. ``Sheriff: Am I hearing you right that we are the only ones who can stop them? ``Skipper: I agree, that we have to do something. ``Vanna: Okay it is now voting time. ``Tetra: Anticipated course laid in, heading Perseus. ``Master: Powered on, and unlocked orbit and zoom Skipper. ``Skipper: Aye, aye Master. Mach 28 and Hyperdrive. ``Vanna: What is the beacon frequency of Cirrus1? ``Cheb: 21932. ``Tetra: Sensing 21932. ``Vanna: It will depend on where they are heading if we are to intervene, and are they are going to Perseus? ``Master: Agreed. ``Tetra: Agreed. They are leaving Cepheus and entering north side of Cassiopeia, and are continuing westward. However, we have to wait until we can conclude in which direction. --- I now have a fix on them and they are travelling at Mach 12. ETA 20 units. ``Cheb: I am getting jumpy. Is this really right? ``Sheriff: How else can we catch them, and put them away for life? ``Tetra: It will take them an hour to get through the Constellation of Cassiopeia. ``Vanna: Cheb, would you like to make the drinks? ``Cheb: Certus and it will help me to take our mind off things. ``Sheriff: All I am doing is to administer the law of the Cosmos, and to uphold future peace.

``Cheb: Come on down, the drinks are ready and I have warmed up some Rock Cakes. ``Vanna: Excellent.

``Tetra: They should be changing direction if they are going to Camelopardalis, but they are continuing due west. If they are going to Algol, then they will have to change course to south west, and we cannot continue. They are now 1,000Km ahead of us and I suggest we slow down to Mach 14. ``Master: Confirmed. ``Skipper: Mach 14 it is. ``Tetra: They would not be able to go any further than Auriga, so we wait, as it would take them qefs. They are now heading for one of the 4 stars in Perseus so it is crunch time folks. --- ``Vanna: We must take a final vote on this? Do we go ahead? ``Skipper: Zaa. ``Master: Zaa. ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Sheriff: Zaa. ``Cheb: Zaa. ``Vanna: Zaa. Tetra line, us up within 10Km of them, and match our velocity. ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Vanna: Master, I will switch on the target display. I presume they will work in Hyperdrive? ``Master: I presume so, as they are in Hyperdrive. ``Tetra: All lined up and waiting for further orders. ``Master: Maximum power on forward target and at maximum range which is 10Km. ``Vanna: Once targeted and full tight turn away at maximum velocity. ``Master: I will try Mach 30. ``Vanna: There is a flag which says auto. ``Master: Locking onto target, and it is doing something! Aspettare. ``Vanna: That means it is waiting. ``Master: Target says 'attivo' ``Vanna: It means it is ready. Final call, folks? ``Skipper: Zaa. ``Master: Zaa. ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Sheriff: Zaa. ``Cheb: Zaa. ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Master: Engaged. Powering up; 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 sending 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1Finto. Hold tight full g-force turn and Mach 30 Skipper. ``Skipper: Mach 30 and turning. ``Tetra: We may feel a ripple. Mach 30 it is, and calculating course back to Cepheus.
