Alien Escapade º Episode 0710 - The Shivers: Leila, Selina, Vanna, ~ 03 Vanna's Trullo ~ 2} ``Vanna: At last the Test Card is working on the screening side. ``Leila: About time to. ``Vanna: I will let Tetra know. ``Leila: How long before we get everything else working? ``Vanna: I will go and see them tomorrow for a progress report, but I just want to chill out today. ``Leila: So do I, and I will let the others go on the third trip to Cepheus. ``Vanna: Actually that is what I had in mind. There is no need for me to be on it. ``Leila: Mail Nacra, and explain the status, and she can get Captain's approval as soon he is back from leave. ``Vanna: Certus: I might go out for a propel later. ``Leila: I am giving Malcolm a miss today. ``Vanna: We could go up to the mini rapid? ``Leila: We have not done that for a long time. Okay, give me 1-hour. ``Vanna: Zaa, and I will knock us up a snack. {Bugs Propelling to Stream ~ 2} ``Leila: Will Tetra now quieten down? ``Vanna: I hope so, and I did partly do it for her sake. ``Leila: You two are alike ``Vanna: Zaa, we are, but the moral is, that she now has to choose which takes priority and she still has to get through Fluffy exams first. ``Leila: Will she do it? ``Vanna: 50/50 but I doubt it. ``Leila: So you have tried to flatten her down a bit? ``Vanna: In a sense, zaa, because she has brought Missy, without anyone knowing. ``Leila: Will the Rattle Snakes, fly? ``Vanna: Oh zaa, but it will depend on how soon money flows for a full upgrade. Pilot will be over shortly, so there will be many more discussion. How are you two getting on? ``Leila: It is working out okay, but a typical man who will not give in, not being the bread winner, although he is working. ``Vanna: It is common these days on Earth, as the woman can often earn more than the men. ``Leila: We are here, I will plug the buggie in for charging and you can heat up canine baps. ``Vanna: Certus. --- It is so peaceful here. ``Leila: Good job as well, because that was a long trip. ``Vanna: It is the longest we have done, but what happens if we find the void for Lacerta? ``Leila: I am looking after Space Dock whilst you lot are away. ``Vanna: Sensible. We may come back empty handed. ``Leila: What do you mean? ``Vanna: They are much further advanced than we are, so it may have to stay that way. ``Leila: It is like the Chinese, are they ready to move on and up or can we move on and up with Lacerta. ``Vanna: So this trip will be a mind opener for Lacerta. ``Leila: You mean they might not let you in? ``Vanna: Only my family has this understanding. ``Leila: In that case I would certainly like to meet them. ``Vanna: From what we can glean, their species are completely different. ``Leila: I would expect it. ``Vanna: Neither is it going to be easy finding the right planet, unless they contact us, as they will be watching us. ``Leila: That is uncanny. ``Vanna: There will be some educational pep talks, when we start getting close, because you felt the Cosmos biting back? ``Leila: Zaa, I did. ``Vanna: That is the warning, and are you ready in peace love and harmony and personal responsibility. {Sandalwood Fundus ~ 3} ``Vanna: I have been out with Leila today to chill out. ``Selina: We are all suffering from the effects. `Vanna: We have already decided that we are staying behind on the next trip. ``Selina: Sensible. ``Vanna: However, it has already been worth while. ``Selina: Oh! ``Vanna: I happened to notice that a ¢20K credit, had dropped in from Planet-Q. ``Selina: Did you tell them? ``Vanna: Qaa. ``Selina: That is an amazing thing to happen. ``Vanna: That is the power of the Cosmos, never was I expecting anything, nor had I had thought of any further financing. ``Selina: Who would have told them? ``Vanna: No one, as it is top secret. Also our Captain has halved the cost of the second trip. ``Selina: So you have made a profit? ``Vanna: Zaa, a little one, but he will not know, nor will anyone else. ``Selina: Too right. ``Vanna: What shall I get for Tetra's Birthday? ``Selina: She has more than everything she needs, so I would suggest ¢1K for her bank account. ``Vanna: Agreed. ``Selina: It is just us two, so what would you like for tea tonight? ``Vanna: Something light, and I am thinking of my favourite meal. ``Selina Goose ova with fungi? ``Vanna: Zaa.
