Alien Escapade º Episode 0611 - The Riot Act: Councillor, Dobra, Guarder, Leila, Okapi, Principal, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 10 There will be another Press Release tomorrow, so please be patient, and wait. ``Councillor: Please use our restaurant and we meet back here in 2-hours. ``Vanna: Zarfs. ``Tetra: What are you up to? Are you going to play one off against the other? ``Vanna: In a sense, as we are not big enough to take them all on. ``Zola: So you are playing deadly tactics? ``Vanna: Zaa, but if it fails, then I have failed. ``Okapi: Will it work? ``Vanna: It is our only chance, unless Tetra can come up with something better. [Later] ``Guarder: I have managed to round up 3 Cats so far. ``Vanna: Paper and pens to write down your name and your gripe. ``Councillor: Another Cat has turned herself in. ``Vanna: Set her down, with the others. --- ``Guarder: Here is another one, and the last one I have been told, is on her way over. {Algol Conference Room ~ 5} - [Group in Attendance] ``Vanna: Guarder, I want two Guards posted outside this door. Two out at the front, and the other two on the 7th floor, and everyone must show their ID and be checked. We need your special squad in, as I want full surveillance on the Hotel, regardless. ``Guarder: Zaa. --- ``Vanna: Okay let us get down to business. Who started the war? ``Cat 601: It was your tribe. ``Vanna: Qaa, because my tribe was nearly all wiped out as they refused to fight. ``Cat 602: Our rival tribe did not start it, so do not blame us. ``Vanna: I know that to be true. [Rumble, rumble] It was the Cartel which wanted to take over and create a coup in many worlds. ``Cat 603: We have been persecuted for many years. ``Vanna: I have been given the correct answers from the Hierarchy in person, and you are right. ``Cat 604: You have been to Planet Q? ``Vanna: Zaa, now 3 times. ``Cat 605: Many of your Guards are corrupt. ``Vanna: Tell me who, and I will have them suspended now, and I mean now. ``Cat 606: You can start by arresting 403, 543, 353, 201, 099, and 106. ``Guarder: I will do this now, so you are all to stay here for the time being. ``Cat 601: You mean that you are going to have them arrested? ``Vanna: Zaa. I have complete authority to it, and they will all be interrogated. So please feel free to chat with any of us, especially Tetra, who is the youngest member of our tribe. ``Zola: So far so good. ``Vanna: It will take them a few hours to round them all up. ``Tetra: No one is talking. ``Vanna: Give them time, because there are many years of mistrust. ``Tetra: I will go and talk to mum and dad. ``Zola: Will they arrest all these Guards? ``Vanna: Only time will tell. Anyway, we can go and see your mum this evening and hopefully she should have spotted you on screen. ``Zola: What a thought. [Later on] ``Guarder: I have had some threatening remarks made against me, and two Guards have refused to arrest other Guards, so I have added them to the list. Therefore 8 Guards have been suspended. ``Vanna: Get a court order to keep them in goal for 7 qefs, and to set bail conditions. ``Guarder: There is to be a special sitting of the courts. ``Zola: They must be two separate sittings of court. ``Guarder: Okay. --- ``Vanna: Listen up everyone. Guarder has arrested 8 Guards and they will appear in court shortly, to be held over. Therefore please go home and relax. There will be another Press release on the court outcome. Any problems mail me, with subject heading, Riot Act. And I will sort it out. Zimo all. {Algol Nursing Home 3, ~ 3} - [In Algol City] ``Dobra: How wonderful you two are, and I have had the others here watching the Press conference. ``Zola: It got us an extra trip to see you, and that is more important. ``Vanna: You are looking better. ``Dobra: I feel better and I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. ``Zola: If you agree, we can bring Vanna's Mum, Dad, and younger sister to see you tomorrow? ``Dobra: Wonderful Idea. Have some Algolian tea with me, and this is the special brand. ``Zola: We would love to. ``Vanna: Very nice.
