``Elder 3: Item 4875 is the final version for the canal extension into Space Dock. ``Elder 2: I have studied the whole route recommended by Tetra, and I have spoken with her. Other than a few small changes, as she was not with me on this expedition and I had heavy equipment, we came to the conclusion that the project is feasible. ``Elder 1: Any questions? ``Elder 6: Cost? ``Elder 4: The new route is 4Km long, so it is ¢4 million. ``Elder 3: Can we go for a vote. All in favour? Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: I too am keen to see this project completed. Moreover, we have to thank Tetra for this, therefore she is entitled to some official remuneration. ``Elder 4: Therefore can we have a bid from the floor on how much? ``Elder 7: ¢1000! ``Elder 9: ¢2,000! ``Elder 8: I go with two. ``Elder 3: Anyone else? ``Elder 4: Approved ¢2K it is.

``Elder 3: Next item 4896. The canal west end extension. ``Elder 2: Tetra has done it again, and I have had an update, as she has even worked out how long it will take to fill up the extension of 1 qef, plus the reservoirs, another qef each. This project includes two reservoirs which are needed to safeguard any further problems of drought or extra rainfall. ``Elder 6: Cost? ``Elder 4: The 20 Km extension will be ¢2 million and ¢1 million for each reservoir. ``Elder 3: Can we go for a vote. All in favour? Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: Tetra, has had us all on the hop on this one, and no one else even recognized the problem. New site for the Hopper Port. ``Elder 2: I have been over the suggested plans and Tetra has done a ‘hat trick’ as the plateau is an ideal site, which was hidden by undergrowth. Therefore we need approval to accept this as the new site for the Hopper-port. ``Elder 3: All in favour? --- Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: Zaffre all.

``Elder 3: This leads on to a monorail link and the footbridge into Space Dock. ``Elder 6: I presume that this is for the initial acceptance, for the project? ``Elder 2: Confirmed. The other groups and planners will now have to start again and submit fresh reports, which is another thing Tetra spotted as they were missing on the drawings. ``Elder 3: All in favour? --- Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: Zaffre all. Therefore she is again entitled to some official remuneration, as she has put a lot of hard effort into this. ``Elder 4: Can we have a bid from the floor on how much? ``Elder 8: ¢2 K! ``Elder 9: ¢3K! ``Elder 7: ¢3K. ``Elder 4: Approved ¢,3000. ``Elder 3: Item 5495. Has been brought forward while it is fresh, and everyone is talking about the deal, and we have received legal documentation of confirmation. ``Elder 1: Therefore The Team has requested some remuneration. ``Elder 4: They have saved us huge costs, so I again open it up to the floor. ``Elder 6: ¢5K each. ``Elder 8: ¢10K each. ``Elder 9: ¢11K each. ``Elder 7: ¢14K each. ``Elder 4: I concur. ¢14K it is. ``Elder 3: Thank you all for your support. ``Elder 1: We can all get home early.
