I have learnt a lot from it, and the two places we recommended are the only sensible ones for the reservoirs which need building. Therefore we now need to look further afield, and we will need a Hopper-chopper! ``Vanna: I agree, but now add in the objective. ``Tetra: Owing to the shift in our rain this year as we have been let off light! Riccia however, has its first proper rain fall in three years. So they have agreed to extend the Canal. Moreover, I feel they should extend our canal by another 100 Km, westward, because we have a forest, 70Km further on, which is already decaying from drought and backs on to Cassiopeian Ponds. ```Vanna: Absolutely brilliant. Make another full case to the Oligarchy as before, and I will take it in and have it lodged. I will go and find Mum. ``Vanna: Is your Hopper-pad fully operational? ``Selina: Zaa!
