This meeting is to approve the changes to Elder 2’s post; and to change the description of our Secretary’s post; and to appoint the new position of Assistant Elder. Myself, Jota and Qualla will not be voting. Any questions? [- Qa? -] Can I have a show of hands please? --- Unanimous. Therefore I welcome Jota back as Independent Secretary; and I welcome Qualla here as my deputy; and we will advertise for the new post of Assistant Elder, who will take over as Liaison Officer.

``Jota: We have the revised application for the arm extension to the Canal to take it up to the west side of the terminal of Space Dock. It will mean one complete new bridge up at space dock and that will also upgrade the entry/exit points into the terminal. Any questions? -- Qa -- A vote please! All in favour? Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: Meeting closed and lunch on me. ``Leila: And Keith? ``Elder 1: Zaa.

But the only possible solution with that smirk on your face is that you have finally got it! ``Qualla: Correct. ``Kern: Well done, I do congratulate you on that. ``Qualla: Now what else have you heard? ``Kern: Although he has gone, the bank is going to use him as a scapegoat. ``Qualla: That will do nicely.

``Editor: In a surprising move, Elder 2, Yerba, has stepped down from his Eldership with immediate effect. He has other business interests which he has already been following for sometime, and in the light of the new accusations being made against him, he is not willing to be the scapegoat for others misdeeds. Can we now settle down to a harmonising Oligarchy? Qualla the Liaison Officer, has now taken over the post of Elder 2. Moreover, there are more changes as Elder 3 will remain as independent Secretary, and a new post will be created as Assistant Elder, who will take over all the menial tasks and act as Duty and Liaison Officer.

I noticed it on her birthday. ``Selina: I too have seen a marked change in her adaptability. ``Vanna: The things she has accomplished, are putting her into a league of her own. ``Selina: I too am having to treat her differently, in a grown up fashion. ``Vanna: She needs to be in a higher class at school. ``Selina: I will go and see the head. ``Vanna: How come they are not recognizing her talents. ``Selina: I will find that out as well tomorrow. ``Vanna: Look how well she has taken to learning the piano! ``Selina: What has happened to Keith? ``Vanna: Leila is looking after him. They have gone to Twin Peaks. ``Selina: Are you planning another trip? ``Vanna: Zaa, as we have to take Keith home, and only return to the island, which will be good for Tetra. ``Selina: Are you still wanting to give up and come home? ``Vanna: More so than ever. ``Selina: What about Leila? ``Vanna: Similar. ``Selina: So you are both in the same dilemma? ``Vanna: It is an interesting one, but it is karma causing the rift. ``Selina: So you are contemplating a permanent change? ``Vanna: Absolutely. ``Selina: That is a relief, but what about Leila? ``Vanna: I think she will in time. ``Selina: But that would make it a double dilemma! ``Vanna: Actually it would become a triple dilemma, as we would become the aliens. ``Selina: How odd. So what happens now?

Selina: Go for it!
