House-Agent, Kaon, Leila, Ted, Wendy, ~ 05

{Safe House ~ 3}
``Wendy: It has been two long days in one. So I suggest we all try to get some sleep. Therefore, as long as you have no problems, we will talk more in the morning! ``Kaon: Fine. {Safe House ~ 3} - [Next Day] ``Wendy: Good morning, how are you feeling? ``Kaon: Not too bad thanks, but the atmosphere is very heavy and damp, and I feel like I have a huge headache. ``Leila: That is normal for Earth. ``Wendy: Would you like to choose which one of these for breakfast. ``Kaon: This one. ``Wendy: Okay then, we will all have Weetabix. ``Leila: I hope this is not catching? ``Wendy: I will let you know, if I am still here. ``Leila: It is too early to call for Ted, so shall we get the garden done? ``Wendy: Yes. Kaon, I would like you to scan the garden, and do some drawings, with measurements, and see what has to be done to see if we can make it big enough for the Saucer to land. ``Leila: Include the height of trees. ``Kaon: Okay.

``Wendy: Also, work out an ‘angle of approach’, but the north side, as it is out of the question. In the meantime, put this homing device up on top of the chimney. ``Kaon: Pardon! What is a chimney? ``Wendy: Oh! I will explain. It sticks upwards on top of the roof of the house, above us. ``Kaon: Okay. ``Leila: Keep the hood up on your jacket, so you can hide behind the chimney stack, if a car comes by. At the back of our garden is the farmer’s field, and they may want to be nosy to see who is living here now, so we will go and say hello, and you can hide. ``Kaon: Understood. I could make a little hideout in those bushes over to the left. ``Wendy: Yes please, you do that. Let us know of any tools you need, and we will go and buy them.

``Leila: Can I get this locked door open on this other shed, which I missed last time. --- It's only 4 screws --- Bingo. Here we are. ``Wendy: Wonderful, and a Flymo. That will do nicely. ``Kaon: If we trimmed everything back to the sides, and flatten the bumps. The rest up the back is just rubble, so if we clear it all away, it would give us a bit more room. ``Leila: As long as the Saucer can come straight down, our Captain could trim the top of trees before landing. ``Wendy: That sounds a good idea, because it is only for an emergency. ``Leila: Shall we get down to the agents? ``Wendy: We should be back in one hour. ``Kaon: I need a rest everything is extra hard work! ``Wendy: Take your time and hide.

{House Agents ~ 3}
``Wendy: Good morning, I am from Elmstead House! ``Agent: Oh yes! ``Wendy: We are having a garden party, and would like to have permission to make a little more room, by trimming back foliage. ``Agent: Please do. ``Wendy: However, there is a lot of rubble up the back, so I will have to get someone in to remove it. Therefore, would you pay for the skip, if we pay for the rest? ``Agent: I will confirm it with my Boss tomorrow, but that sounds feasible, and I am happy initially to agree. ``Wendy: Thanks. Bye.

{Ted’s Bungalow ~ 3}
``Leila: Let’s go and see if Ted is available. --- Ding Dong! ``Ted: Come in, ladies. ``Leila: We were too tired yesterday to communicate! ``Ted: I was out anyway. ``Leila: Coming over for some dinner? ``Ted: I like doing things on the ‘spur of the moment’, so you’re on. ``Wendy: We are going back to the house now, so come on over ASAP. ``Ted: Shortly, before me phone starts ringing. ``Leila: Where is this container, for us to take back? ``Ted: This has cost me a lot of money and a day stay in hospital, for them to do the bone biopsy. They were very curious, but I explained to them it is going to a university lab, who are trying to become recognized in the field of orthopaedics. Anyway, I paid the bill so they did not argue. It is in a sealed vacuum package, which is in that small square wooden box, on the book shelf. ``Leila: Brilliant. ``Wendy: We will shortly bring you up to date on what has been decided, although it has been tricky.

Kaon: Hide out.
